Delete your Reusers account.

The quickest way. It takes effect straight away and you cannot undo it.

1. Open the Reusers app and sign in.
2. Tap Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Read the warning, then tap Delete account again to confirm.

You are signed out once it is done. If you used Sign in with Apple, Apple keeps its own record of the connection: open iPhone Settings, tap your name, tap Sign in with Apple, choose Reusers, then tap Delete and Stop Using.

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us and we will delete the account for you.

Please include:

• the email address on the account (send the email from that address if you can);
• the phone number on the account, if you signed up with one; and
• your username, if you remember it.

We will check that the request comes from the account holder, which may mean replying to the email address or phone number on the account, and complete the deletion within 30 days. We cannot delete an account we are unable to match to your request.

• your profile: name, username, photo, contact details, social links, interests and account settings;
• your listings and their details, and your favourites;
• your conversations and messages;
• your sign-in, including every Reusers sign-in that uses the same email address; and
• your personalised search history, which we ask Algolia to delete (it says this can take up to 48 hours).

• Reports, disputes, appeals and account actions that involve you: kept for as long as needed to resolve the matter, defend legal claims and meet legal obligations. A deletion requested by email waits until any open dispute you are part of is closed.
• Reviews you wrote about other members: they stay on those members’ profiles under your username.
• Copies of photos and videos you uploaded, and the push-notification registration for your device: not removed automatically. Email us if you want them removed and we will do it within 30 days.
• Analytics, crash and attribution data already held by Google (Firebase), Meta and AppsFlyer: expires under their retention periods (Google keeps crash reports for 90 days).
• Identity-check records at Dojah, if you verified your identity: kept under Dojah’s own rules. Reusers holds only the result, its reference and the dates.
• Records we must keep by law, for example for tax, accounting or a lawful request from the authorities.

You can remove a listing or change your profile details in the app at any time. To ask for other data to be deleted while keeping your account, email support@reusers.com with the subject “Reusers privacy request” and tell us what you would like removed.
