• Protect your login details and do not share verification codes.
• Use one account responsibly and do not impersonate another person or business.
• Verify your identity only with your own documents.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

• List only items you own or are authorised to offer.
• Use your own clear photos and describe condition, price, location and availability honestly.
• Give the real asking price and say honestly whether it is negotiable.
• For vehicles, have the ownership and customs papers ready. For phones and gadgets, remove account locks and never list a blacklisted device.
• Do not list illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen or unsupported items.
• Update or close a listing when it is no longer available.

• Communicate respectfully and keep important arrangements in the Reusers chat.
• Check the item and terms of the transaction before committing, and meet in a safe public place.
• Use other members’ contact details only for the item you are discussing. Never collect them or use them for marketing.
• Do not harass, deceive, spam or pressure another member.
• Use reporting tools honestly and cooperate with reasonable moderation enquiries.
• Leave honest reviews, and only for transactions you took part in.

We may review content, restrict listings or suspend accounts to protect the community or comply with law. Unless a Reusers feature expressly says otherwise, members remain responsible for the items they offer and the agreements they make with one another.
