Is Reusers free to use?

Core account, browsing and listing features are currently available without an upfront listing charge. If a transaction, delivery, promotion or payment feature carries a fee, the amount should be shown before you choose it.

How do I buy an item on Reusers?

Open the listing in the Reusers app, review its details and use the available request or chat action. Confirm the item, price, delivery or meetup plan and the payment method shown or agreed for that transaction before you commit.

How do payments work?

Use the payment or wallet flow shown in Reusers when one is available for your transaction. If you and another member arrange payment directly, confirm funds with the payment provider rather than relying on a screenshot. Never share your password, card PIN or one-time code.

Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?

Ask the seller about inspection, fit and any return terms before paying. Returns depend on the applicable terms and what you agree for that transaction; do not assume an item can be returned.

Is it safe to meet sellers in person?

Meet in public. Shopping mall food courts, busy cafés, or the seller's shop address are all safer than home addresses. Confirm the item and agreed terms before paying, keep a record in Reusers chat and report suspicious behaviour.

What's the difference between Fairly Used and Brand New?

Brand new describes an item listed as unused. For a used item, read the condition selected by the seller alongside the photos, description and any reported faults. Ask about wear, use and repairs if anything is unclear. A condition label alone does not establish where an item was imported from.

How do I sell on Reusers?

Open Reusers and sign in, start a listing and choose Sell. Add clear photos, describe the item accurately, set a price and review the details before publishing. See /sell for the seller guide.

Can I rent out clothes I own?

Choose Rent when creating a listing and complete the rental details available for that item. Agree on availability, fees, any deposit, pickup and return conditions with the renter. See /rent-guide for the rental guide.

How can I donate old clothes or other items?

Open Reusers and sign in, start a listing and choose Donate. Add photos and accurate details, then arrange the handover with the recipient. See /donate-guide to give an item away, or /donate to browse current free items.

Why was my account suspended?

An account may be restricted after a serious or repeated rules violation, fraud or safety concern, legal requirement or misuse of the service. If you think an action was taken in error, contact support and include the email or username on the account.

Is my phone number visible to other users?

Listings may offer a Call action that uses the owner’s contact number. Consider what contact details you add or share. Reusers chat is available for discussing the listing and keeping a record of agreed details.

How do I report a user or listing?

Use the Report action on the relevant listing or profile, choose the closest reason and add a concise explanation. In-app reports preserve the context the moderation team needs. Contact support if the feature is unavailable or the issue is urgent.

Which cities are on Reusers?

Reusers supports location-based discovery across Nigeria. Availability depends on what members have listed in each state or local government area, so open the app and use location filters to see what is currently nearby.

Still need a hand?

Contact the Reusers support team and include the email or username on your account, a short description of the issue and screenshots where helpful. Never include your password or one-time verification code.
