Refer & Earn terms and conditions.

You must be 18 or over, live in Nigeria, and have one Reusers account in good standing. Reusers staff can't earn rewards.

Every member gets a personal code and link. Share it with people you know. Don't spam it, run paid ads with it, or pretend to be Reusers.

Someone who opens a new Reusers account on or after the day Refer & Earn launches using your code or link, or adds your code within 7 days of signing up. A code can't be changed once added. One person, one account: accounts you control or open for someone else don't count.

List at least 10 genuine items of their own, with their own photos. Each listing must stay live for 7 days (or be sold, rented or donated on Reusers sooner) and stay up until your reward is paid. Duplicates, photos copied from the internet or other sellers, prohibited items and listings that break our rules don't count. A referral shows as Verified after their first counted listing and Qualified after 10.

When 10 of your referrals are Qualified, you can claim ₦2,000. You can earn again with each new group of 10, up to 2 claims a month. A referral can only be rewarded once.

Nothing is paid automatically: tap Claim on the Refer & Earn page. We check every claim, usually within 3 days, and may ask you or your referrals for more information, such as a photo of an item. We pay by bank transfer to a Nigerian bank account in your own name, and you must verify your identity in the app before your first payment. If this month's reward budget is used up, we'll pay the next month and tell you the date.

If we find self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, copied photos, fake listings or any other attempt to game the programme, we may reject claims, cancel referrals, recover rewards already paid (including by deducting them from future rewards) and suspend or close accounts under our Terms & Conditions. You can ask us to look at a decision again by replying in your Reusers Support chat.

You'll see your referrals' first name, last initial, profile photo and listing progress. We use device and account information to prevent fraud. Bank details are used only to pay you and are stored encrypted. See our Privacy Policy.

We may change the targets, the reward or these terms, or end the programme, with notice in the app. Changes don't affect claims you have already submitted. If the programme ends, you have 30 days to claim rewards you already qualified for.

Rewards may be taxable. We'll deduct tax where the law requires it.
